PTI offers competitive pay based on your experience. We also strongly believe on promoting within our company to allow our employees the opportunity to grow.

Health Insurance

PTI offers two health insurance plans for employees to choose from. PTI also offers a variety of supplemental coverages which allow the employee to customize their insurance to best fit their needs. PTI offers Traditional and HSA plans.

Paid Vacation

PTI offers two weeks of paid vacation time per year to each new employee. After 5 years paid vacation time increases to 3 weeks.

Paid Holidays

PTI observes nine paid holidays which include New Year’s Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, and 2 days each for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Gym Benefit

PTI supports our employee’s desire to maintain a health lifestyle by offering partial reimbursement for memberships at your local gym/fitness facility.

Personal Time

PTI offers two days of paid personal time to each employee every year. These two days are intended to be used for sick or personal needs that are not vacation time.

Retirement

PTI offers a SIMPLE IRA Plan to help employees prepare for a financially secure retirement. PTI will match contributions up to 3% of the employee’s gross pay.

Paid Training

PTI invests in the future of our employees and the company by providing training to our employees. Pathway Technologies believes in employee growth and promoting within the company.

Life Insurance

PTI provides $25,000 of life insurance coverage to all of our full time employees. Additional voluntary life insurance is available if the employee desires it. Employees add for additional option to purchase additional coverage through supplemental plans.
